Temat: when to run, sprint and build athleticism when heavy lifting?
Hi guys , need some help setting my training without affecting recovery , strength , fatigue and injuries issues.
So I will be doing the icf 5x5 training with higher volume added some exercises as I'm not a beginner jbut I trained last 6 months too inferquently.
So I need your knowledge experience , how many times and when to run 5k-10k (to start with ) in week and to sprint also if there is bonuses for athelticism without affecting what I mentioned above . I'm thinking of running 2 times/week and sprint 1 time but when not sure.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
